1. We arrange to have an introductory discussion with the owner/s and view the potential land.
2. Setup an agreement (when appropriate) for a period of exclusivity, allowing us to carry out initial planning and other enquiries.
3. Setup meetings between ourselves and the owner/s and anyone with a beneficial interest in the land, to review findings and potential ways forward.
4. Setup Promotion Agreement terms established, including agreement as to vendor/s level of involvement.
5. Conduct meetings to establish the makeup of project team. This will typically include: ourselves, Planning Consultant, Architect, and Project Manager.
6. Consideration of scheme options based on early planning enquiries and local demand by project team.
7. Review of scheme options with landowner/s.
8. Agreed scheme submitted to Local Planning Authority.
9. Ongoing dialogue with local planners, and feedback to landowner/s.
10. Planning consent.
11. We will then broker a sale with a developer. In some case this could be ourselves, one of our development partners or one on the open market.
